For more than thirty years we have owned and run industrial estates across the Black Country - letting directly to the businesses that use them, and looking after the buildings ourselves.
How we work
Ashmore Properties owns its portfolio outright. We are not an agent marketing someone else’s buildings — the estates, the units and the yards are ours, and we manage every one of them directly.
That is the whole point. When you rent from us, you talk to the people who make the decisions. Terms get agreed quickly, repairs get done, and the person you dealt with last year is still the person who answers the phone this year.
Over thirty years that approach has kept our estates close to full. Businesses move in, grow, and take a bigger unit down the road rather than leaving.
